
Emotional Healing.
We are all searching for ways to heal emotionally. Sometimes we attend lectures, read books, go to a counselor, pray, attend church, or various other activities. All of these things are helpful and can bring healing in your life. At times we still find ourselves stuck in an emotion. That could be anger, stress, guilt, shame, anxiety, worry, fear, self doubt, frustrations, self sabotage, and avoidance behaviors. We often even cover up our emotions by eating unhealthy foods, through addictions, or even in unhealthy relationships. Yet, Jesus died so that we could be set free, and not live in the shackles of emotional pain! I am not a counselor, a therapist, and I hold no degree in psychology. I am a Chiropractor, and I too have suffered emotionally. My experience in this field comes from helping members over the past 22 years, learn to find ways to set themselves free! Woo Hoo!! Love you💕
