You're Holding! Did you know there are 274 unique ways the upper cervical vertebrae can be misaligned? So when your body is holding the vertebrae just right it's a big deal! Holding means your body is successfully maintaining a balanced position, muscles are responding positively to being trained by consistent adjustments. This balanced position does not always translate to feeling better, but you should be feeling different. The initial goal in restoring the integrity of the spine is to hold a corrected spinal position for seven days.

Our Mission We dedicate ourselves in leading you toward healing naturally through Upper Cervical Care, Nutrition, and Exercise; which are the foundations of optimal health.

Holding Leads to Life; Holding a corrected spinal position means a better functioning nervous system, and a better functioning nervous system means better functioning bodily systems. Choosing to consistently combat subluxations is the wisest decision you can make for your overall health. Living without subluxations means living with the best quality of life possible.

Dr. Opal; Dr. Opal is an Upper Cervical Chiropractor and a patient at our office. Like many of our patients, she wasn't living a full life before Upper Cervical Care. She was living with menstrual cycles that were unbearable; debilitating to the point of being hospitalized because of dehydration from relentless vomiting. She says, "My mother and sister underwent hysterectomies, and I feared I was headed in the same direction. But I wanted to have children, so I refused to believe this was my only option. I knew there had to be another way".

A Life-Altering Degree of Pain; "I was having painful monthly cycles and taking over-the-counter medications frequently and still my symptoms became worse over time. I was nauseous and would throw up constantly, which led to dehydration, and feeling as if I would pass out. The only way to rid the pain was to take scalding, hot baths. During the worst episode of pain I ever experienced a friend took me to receive an Upper Cervical Correction, and for the first time there was a break in my pain."

Upper Cervical Care for Dr. Opal; Dr. Opal knew she had experienced a tremendous shift in her health, and had received the power to regain her life. "I knew I had found an answer for me and for others. Over the next few years I became healthy and whole. I had two beautiful children as a result of Upper Cervical Care changing the course of my health and giving me my life back. Now it's my mission to share my knowledge, my confidence, and my hope that your bodies can heal naturally from within too."
