Forward Head Posture

  1. Lay on a towel or a firm cervical pillow for 10 minutes.

  2. Stretch your pecs in a open doorway

  3. One armed rows are great for you too, try using light weight or exercise band it should not be a struggle.

Be Smart with your smart phone. If at all possible get a case that you can set the phone on a surface or stand in front of you.
